4-tier training pathway

Tier 1 – Awareness clinics (90 mins)

Entry sessions on digital wellbeing, ethical AI basics and simple safeguards. Includes take-home checklists and signposting.

Tier 2 – Skills workshops (Half-day)

Hands-on training: bias spotting, privacy by practice, secure habits, sensory resets and leader check-ins. Includes templates and exercises.

Tier 3 – Implementation labs (Full day)

Co-design policies, action plans and simple measures. Map your Bag & Bleed risks, set guardrails and plan roll-out.

Tier 4 – Train-the-Trainer (2 × Half-day)

Build internal capacity. Licence materials for non-commercial delivery inside your organisation and receive facilitator coaching.

Do you work only in the UK?

Our core work is in the UK. We also work with partners in Bermuda and Kenya, and we are now building collaborations in Indonesia.
